We had a really nice stay here with our group. The place is simple but beautiful, with a traditional Kerala style house and a peaceful ambiance. The host was very friendly, caring, and helpful throughout our stay. The service was good and the price was also very reasonable. We enjoyed the stay so much that we ended up staying for 2 days. Recently i did a bike ride from Bangalore go kerala, Stayed at Swasti Holiday Homes in Neervaram and had a lovely time. The speciality of the place are the hosts, The hosts were super warm and welcoming, which made the stay feel really homely. The place is clean and well kept, everything looked fresh and hygienic. Rooms are cosy and comfortable with a touch of traditional old homes with wooden sealing,  not like those typical hotel rooms.I asked for breakfast and it was too good since it was home cooked. Prices were reasonable too, good value for what you get. Nearby location to visit, kuruva dam ,zip line, Kayaking etc Nice quiet location, perfect for relaxing. If you want a simple, clean stay with friendly hosts and a homey vibe, I’d definitely recommend Swasti Holiday Homes.
